I went to massage school at the Florida School in Gainesville, Fla , became a massage therapist 30 years ago  and it was one of my best educational experiences.  I've come full circle and been teaching  at the Center for Massage and  Natural Health in Asheville, NC. It has been a privilege for the past 20 years to introduce new students to this wonderful profession.  

I also teach Continuing Education massage workshops in Positional Release and PNF ( assisted stretching); both modalities are easily incorporated in massage sessions.  My National Certification allows me to share this work and travel-so please get in touch  - I offer robust discounts to hosts who bring me to their area.

My massages are quite restorative- a combination of many techniques including Thai massage that release tight tissues to calm your nervous system and let the body work its magic!!
